in an established way while keeping in mind the characterization of the portfolio (general investments, pension funds, compensation funds, designated investments for projects, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Selecting a few portfolio managers from Israel\u2019s leading investment houses while maintaining the following criteria: experience and professional management of the investment team, quality and excellence, transparency regarding investment policy and strategy, long-term performance \u2013 specifically in times of crisis and uncertainty, excellent risk management, quality of customer service and portfolio management costs.<\/li>\n<li>Accompanying the organization through the process of opening bank accounts and granting power of attorney to the portfolio manager to manage investments.<\/li>\n<li>Allocating to each investment portfolio manager a volume of a portfolio and establishing investment policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>In Stage Two<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Current advisory service for the organization\u2019s management in the investment field.<\/li>\n<li>Examining financing costs and looking for alternatives.<\/li>\n<li>Examining real investments.<\/li>\n<li>Diversifying the organization\u2019s financing sources \u2013 both bank and nonbank.<\/li>\n<li>Current work with the banks.<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous accompaniment, control and inspection after keeping within the general investment policy frame set, emphasizing risk management within the organization\u2019s investment\/finance committee.<\/li>\n<li>Current follow-up on portfolio managers\u2019 performance and checking them in comparison to similar benchmarks and portfolios on the market.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cFinger on the pulse\u201d \u2013 constant follow-up on extraordinary financial events that reflect on the capital market, both in Israel and abroad, and granting the management immediate advisory services in the matter to the extent that it is necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews production, analysis and presentation of the investment portfolio\u2019s periodical performance during a meeting of the organization\u2019s investment\/finance committee
